Get ready for the most adorable pictures you’ve seen all week! This utterly tiny owl used a mushroom as an umbrella and it will make your heart smile.
Generally, owls are incredible and amazing animals but you won’t believe the cuteness level of this little fellow.
The name of this handsome boy is Poldi, who is 1.5 years old and one of Tanja Brandt’s pets. She got Poldi when he was only 5 months old and she said that he was one of the last of 7 owls to hatch, barely wanting to come out. Luckily, he eventually made it out and blessed us with his presence.
Tanja doesn’t only take care of Poldi but a few others as well, as she loves animals. She also has a white-faced owl named Gandalf, a Harris Hawk named Phönix, a snow owl named Uschi and a Malinois shepherd named Ingo. She also likes to pH๏τograph these pets regularly.
“I’ve always loved animals, since I was a baby, unlike the rest of my family. When I was little, I found every sort of pet and then hid it from my parents. I love the beauty, power, loyalty, courage, and friendship of animals. Many people could learn from them.”
Being extremely pᴀssionate about animals and pH๏τographing them, Tanja Brandt from Germany loves to capture her many pets either by themselves or interacting with each other.
“I think my animals like to be pH๏τographed. Why? Because I am always outside with my camera and with my animals. So we get to walk together, have fun, go on adventures, have little breaks… We take some pictures and after the animals can play again as we keep going. I know my animals very well and I can see their state of mind. If I go out with just one of my animals, the other gets antsy and wants to be with us. We have a lot of fun together.”
If you want to see more amazing pH๏τographs like these, you might want to take a look at Tanja’s website. Your heart will fill up with joy and love. Enjoy!
