Panopoulos Chaos Ultracar – 3,064 HP

If you have $14.4 million to spare, you can buy the Spyros Panopoulos Chaos Ultracar aka S.P. Chaos Ultracar, which according to the Greek automaker who has manufactured this hypercar can reach the maximum power of 2,048 horsepower (1527.7 kW) for the Chaos Earth trim and a staggering 3,064 horsepower for the Chaos Zero Gravity version. You read that right, Zero Gravity tops 3,000 horsepower! And if that wasn’t impressive enough, Zero Gravity reaches the top speed of 310 miles per hour and speeds up from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 1.55 seconds. Meanwhile, the quarter mile time is 7.5 seconds. In case you’re wondering, founder Spyros Panopoulos told CarScoops that the Chaos will be street-legal.

9 Hyperion XP-1 – 2,038 HP

This hydrogen electric supercar has a legit 2,038 horsepower and speeds up from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.25 seconds. It also reaches a top speed of 221 mph and has the coolest Halcyon Wing doors. Meanwhile, the panoramic canopy reminds us of scenes from Sci-Fi movies. This car seems perfectly adapted for life in an alternative reality, something similar to “Minority Report.”

8 Drako Dragon – 2,000 HP

This 2,000-horsepower hyper-luxury SUV speeds up from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 1.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 200 miles per hour. Apart from the incredible performance, the styling is also pretty remarkable and the Gullwing doors are a nice touch. Without a doubt, Drako Dragon’s futuristic design and features will appear appealing to many gearheads.

7 Aspark Owl – 1,980 HP

Back in 2019, Robb Report announced that Aspark Owl became the fastest street-legal EV on the planet. The four ultra-powerful electric motors generate a combined 1,980 horsepower. Additionally, it accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 1.72 seconds and from 0 to 124 miles per hour in 4.76 seconds. Additionally, the Aspark Owl reaches a top speed of 256 miles per hour.

6 Rimac Nevera – 1,914 HP

Rimac Automobili, a Croatian automaker, is well-known among car enthusiasts for its high-performance vehicles. The Rimac Nevera produces a staggering 1,914 horsepower and 1741 lb-ft of torque. It also speeds up from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 1.97 seconds and reaches the top speed of 256 miles per hour.

5 Automobili Pininfarina Battista – 1,900 HP

Leave it to the Italians to design spectacular cars that are also incredible beasts on the road. The name Pininfarina is ᴀssociated with some of the most incredible production cars, prototypes, and customs automobiles, including the commercially successful Peugeot 403, the elegant Fiat 1500 cabriolet, the Ferrari 512 S, and the Ferrari 308 GTB. The Battista is just another success story for the Pininfarina company. This pure-electric supercar with 1,900 horsepower and 1725 lb-ft of torque, speeds up from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 1.79 seconds and from 0 to 120 mph in 4.49 seconds.

4 Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution- 1,817 HP

The twin-turbo 6.6-liter V-8 engine of the Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution produces 1,817 horsepower. At a staggering $2.7 million, this track-focused but street-legal car is incredibly expensive. But, since the manufacturer only produces 24 units, there aren’t many chances that you’ll see someone else on the road with a vehicle that looks just like yours.

3 Koenigsegg Gemera – 1,700 HP

It is also worth noting that, the Gemera speeds up from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 1.9 seconds and has a top speed of 249 miles per hour.

2 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ – 1,600 HP

Bugatti has announced that it will build only 30 units of the Chiron Super Sport 300+. The special edition supercar is equipped with a W16 8.0-liter engine, which generates 1,600 horsepower. The street-legal car hits the 2300 miles per hour speed and accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.4 seconds. Andy Wallace, the Le Mans champion and official test driver for Bugatti, clocked a peak speed of 304.773 mph on the Ehra-Lessien test circuit in Germany.

“Mind-blowing speed. Who would have thought that a car could do that,” said Wallace.

1 Bugatti Centodieci – 1,600 HP

The Bugatti Centodieci is 44 lbs lighter than the Chiron and has more than 198,4 lbs of additional downforce compared to the latter, according to Bugatti. This model is powered by an 8.0-liter, quad-turbocharged W16 engine that generates 1,600 horsepower at 7,000 rpm. The Centodieci also speeds up from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 2.4 seconds, from 0 to 124 mph in 6.1 seconds, and 0-186 miles per hour in 13.1 seconds. Unfortunately, the top speed is limited to 236 miles per hour.
