Alexander the Great’s history has been well-documented. We are familiar with his military accomplishments as well as some failures. Few can deny he was a courageous warrior. However, there are other aspects of his puzzling personality that still remain shrouded in mystery.

Alexander the Great was a brave warrior on the battlefield, but as a human being, he had certain fears he could not overcome.
