The second generation of Tesla Roadster was recently unveiled by Elon Musk, and its numbers are incredibly impressive. This four-seater roadster is expected to be the fastest production car in the world. The car can also accelerate from 0 to 100 mph in 4.2 seconds and complete a quarter-mile race in a mere 8.9 seconds. During the unveiling event, Musk boldly claimed, “It’ll be faster than that jet over there.” While he did not disclose the exact top speed, he suggested that it would exceed 250 mph.
